- Return Eligibility Returns are accepted only if:
The product received is damaged, defective, or wrong item delivered
You inform us within 48 hours of delivery
The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact
- Non-Returnable Items We do not accept returns for:
Change of mind
Color variation due to lighting or screen difference
Customized or pre-order products
Products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery
- Return Process To request a return:
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product
Share order details and clear photos/videos of the issue
Once approved, we will guide you with return instructions
- Refund Policy Refund will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned product
Refund will be credited to the original payment method or via store credit
Refund processing time: 5-7 working days
- Exchange Policy Exchange is available only for damaged or wrong products
Exchange depends on product availability
If the item is unavailable, refund or store credit will be provided
- Shipping Charges Return shipping charges will be covered by Sree Weaves only if the mistake is from our side
